Privacy & discretion.

For private cultural events, we collect the necessary name, LINE identity, attendance choices, dietary and service preferences. We use them for invitations, hospitality and follow-up contact that you have agreed to.

The complete guest list is not public. Sensitive host notes are for internal use only. Photography consent and permission to share your name with fellow guests are separate choices. Consent to a private photographic record does not mean consent to publication on social media or in marketing.

You can contact Concierge to request access to or correction of your information, an end to contact, or deletion. Event information is retained for as long as the service requires it. Your hosts review retention needs annually; personal information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.

The service uses LINE and Supabase for sign-in and data storage. The Supabase project is located in Singapore. Information is not used to train AI or sold to collaborators.

Your private invitation link is your entry credential. Please do not forward it. The system does not use advertising tracking cookies. The management entrance uses a necessary sign-in cookie.

The cultural enquiry form stores the name, contact, interests and message you provide to respond to that enquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to brand messages. Interests, collecting stage and dietary preferences in My S&C are optional and can be edited or cleared. Communication preferences and cultural message subscriptions are set separately.

Selected event photographs are shared only with guests chosen by your hosts who attended and agreed to a private photographic record. Image links expire shortly; new access stops when consent is withdrawn or a photograph is revoked. Files already downloaded cannot be remotely recalled. Please do not forward them.
